These terms govern your use of danielcopywriting.com and the purchase of copywriting services from danielcopywriting (Av. de Marti Pujol, 301, 08912 Badalona, Barcelona, Spain). Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
Services
danielcopywriting provides website copywriting, brand voice, product copy, email campaigns, content strategy and social media copy as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally. No physical delivery is made.
Orders and pricing
Package prices are base prices for the scopes described. A confirmed project price is agreed by email after reviewing your brief. Payment through Stripe constitutes a binding service contract. Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to Spanish IVA at 21% for Spanish-resident clients.
Delivery
Core projects: 5 business days. Pro projects: 10 business days. Agency projects: timeline agreed individually. Rush delivery (48 hours) requires the rush add-on purchased at order time. All timelines begin when we receive the complete brief and required source materials.
Revisions
One revision round is included in all packages. Revisions bring work into alignment with the agreed brief. Scope changes after brief approval are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the delivered copy transfer to you. danielcopywriting retains no rights over the finished work. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise before the project begins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona, except where mandatory EU consumer rules require otherwise.
