Complete brand voice guide and full website copy for a Barcelona design studio repositioning itself to attract international clients.
Barraca Design Studio had built an impressive portfolio over seven years but their website and client communications read flat. The copy described their services without making anyone feel the quality of the work. We built a tone of voice guide from scratch, interviewing the studio team and reviewing client feedback to understand what made the work distinctive. The website rewrite followed the guide so the copy reinforced the visual identity rather than working against it.

Full launch copy package for a small Penedes cava producer entering direct-to-consumer sales for the first time.
Cava Marfil was launching a direct-to-consumer channel after years of selling exclusively through restaurants. The copy needed to work for people who already knew cava, people who were new to it, and export customers in Germany and the UK. We wrote the website, a five-email welcome sequence for new buyers, and monthly social media copy. The voice stays consistent across all three while adjusting for the different context of each channel.

Patient-focused website rewrite and email templates for a Badalona medical clinic serving a multi-lingual neighbourhood.
Healthcare copy is harder than it looks. The clinic had a website that listed services in technical language that most patients found confusing. The new copy explains each service in plain language, addresses the anxiety people feel before making a medical appointment, and guides visitors clearly to booking. We also wrote a set of email templates for appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and post-appointment follow-up. Online booking increased by 22% in the two months after launch.
